Licensing

Entering into a license agreement with regard to the Penthouse brand is very different than other licensing relationships you might have had or with which you might have been familiar. In fact, our unique and successful approach to licensing garnered us the “Industry Innovator of the Year Award” at the Gentlemen’s Club Expo in 2005.

Unlike organizations whose sole goal is to sign up new licensees and wish them luck, Penthouse takes an active role in working with our licensees to help them succeed. The success of our brand is based upon the success of our licensees. As such we take the success of our license agreements very seriously.

We have extensive experience and background in quality control relating to the Penthouse brand and our brand development which has been cultivated over more than thirty years and includes:

  • A good understanding of the brand name — past, present and future
  • Quality and consistency across the brand
