As with all Penthouse venues, we work with our licensees to promote The Penthouse Beach Clubs and their respective locations, and to help make their licensing experience with Penthouse successful.

A Penthouse Beach Club enables a resort or hotel to achieve many of the benefits of co-branding without incurring the costs of franchising the entire property. A Penthouse Beach Club can help improve revenues because it is a unique product to promote as a competitive advantage not only in a resort environment but also in a city environment in expanding weekend business. Moreover, while many people may be loyal to a particular hotel chain, so are many people loyal to or at the very least curious about the Penthouse branded product; thereby helping an independent hotel compete with the better known chains.
